D was in heaven - fairies, fairies everywhere.
SANTA!! So glad we ran into him here instead of having to go to the mall this year.
The gnome creeped me out - I didn't expect D to hug him but she had no problem with him . . .

That swing is awesome and Father Christmas looked great.

I love seeing the swing boat! In Britain, swing boats are still very common at local fun fairs, and even in some parks (they are usually smaller than the one in your picture though....a little lower to the ground). Nice pics!
